OUtdoor yoga Classes
We have the below registered yoga classes available as well as POP-UP CLASSES.
You can book a yoga pop-up anytime outdoors during the summer.
*All outdoor classes will be run with social distancing guidelines in place
*Classes are weather dependent and inclement weather will result in the class being moved online or rescheduled
*There is a minimum number of participants required to run each classes. If any classes get cancelled refunds or transfers will be offered.
*Participants are required to supply their own yoga mat for classes, as well as any blocks or yoga props they may require.
*Unless otherwise noted classes are intended for ages 16+.

This 60 minute Yin/Yang class is the perfect combination of movement and stillness. Half the class will be spent working on deep stretches and calming the nervous system while the other half is spent energizing the body through movement. The combination of the two styles, along with the serenity of the outdoors will leave you feeling connected and refreshed.
ABOUT TONNI: Tonni is a 200 HR RYT. Her love for yoga started back in 2015, the practice of body awareness, quieting the mind and focusing on the breath was a new but welcome concept for her. It didn't take long until she was absolutely hooked and dedicated her life to the practice including wanting to teach and flow with others. Her practice is all about calming the mind, self-love and feeling good in your body. Her goal is to help you raise your vibration and your overall consciousness while getting a sweat in! She will guide you through self-discovery to connect you with your breath, your body and your soul. Looking forward to flowing with you.
